摘要
针对微电网运行特性以及用户对微电网的影响,采用一种综合考虑新能源消纳和分时电价的可转移负荷调度策略,构建了计及可转移负荷的微电网调度模型。通过引入交叉变异和基于反向学习策略的黑洞吸引机制,提出一种改进的花朵授粉算法,对所构微电网调度模型进行求解。最后通过算例验证了所提算法与模型的有效性,结果表明合理引入可转移负荷能够促进新能源消纳,降低微电网运行成本。
In view of the operation characteristics of micro-grid and the influence of users on micro-grid, a transferabel load dispatch strategy considering both new energy consumption and time-sharing price is adopted in this paper, and a dispatch model of micro-grid considering transferable load is constructed. By introducing cross-mutation and black hole attraction mechanism based on reverse learning strategy, an improved flower pollination algorithm (IFPA) is proposed to solve the micro-grid scheduling model. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and model. The result shows that reasonable introduction of transferable load can promote new energy absorption and reduce the operation cost of microgrid.
