通过对再生资源及其回收利用范围、再生资源回收利用标准体系范围的界定,提出了再生资源回收利用标准体系的基本原则,对再生资源回收利用标准体系的分类方法进行了分析研究并提出建议,在此基础上,提出再生资源回收利用标准体系的总体框架,绘制了总体框架图,为再生资源回收利用标准体系建设奠定了基础。
