摘要
《悉尼协议》是国际工程教育学历互认的专业认证协议,旨在建立一个以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进的高质量的人才培养体系。随着我国师范教育开启专业认证制度,《悉尼协议》的实施对师范专业人才培养带来新的启示,我们可以在聚焦"师范专业"建设、持续优化人才培养方案、构建合理课程体系、以"学生中心"促进教师"为学而教"、以"产出导向"引领师范生"为教而学"、推进质量持续改进等方面开启师范专业建设的新范式。
Sydney Accord is a professional accreditation agreement for international engineering education,in order to establish a student-centered,results-oriented,continuous improvement of high-quality personnel training system.The implementation of the Sydney Accord has brought new enlightenment to the training of teachers'professionals through the professional certification system in normal education had been carried out in China.We can focus on the construction of"normal specialty","continuous optimization of personnel training program","construction of a reasonable curriculum system","student center"to promote teachers'teaching for learning","output-oriented”to guide students'learning for teaching"and promote continuous quality improvement to advance the construction of teachers'professional accreditation.
