中职学校考试评价制度改革及思考——以广州市贸易职业高级中学为例

Reform and Thinking on Examination Evaluation System of Secondary Vocational Schools——Take Guangzhou Trade Vocational Senior Middle School for Example

作为教学重要组成部分的考试,是评价教学效果和教学质量的重要手段。我国的素质教育在不断推进,创新教育在不断深入,社会经济也在不断发展,这给中职学校人才考核评价的方式提出了更高的要求。在对中职学校考试评价现状分析的基础上,明确考试评价制度改革的指导原则,结合广州市贸易职业高级中学开展考试评价制度改革的实践以及取得的效果,从考试内容、形式及评价类型、主体、尺度方面总结改革的做法,并提出将考试评价改革贯穿于学校的教学管理和教学改革中。

Examination,as an important part of teaching work,is the most important method to evaluate the teaching effect and the teaching quality.With the further promotion of well-rounded education,the deepening of innovation education,the continuous development of social economy in China,higher requirements are put forward for the assessing ways of talents in secondary vocational schools.Based on the analysis of the present situation of examination evaluation in secondary vocational schools,this paper clarifies the guiding principles of examination evaluation system reform.Combined with the practice and the effect obtained of the examination evaluation system reform of Guangzhou trade vocational senior middle school,this paper summarizes the reform from the aspects of examination content,form,evaluation type,subject and scale,proposes that the reform of examination evaluation should be carried out in the teaching management and teaching reform.
