摘要
科学教师教学能力评价指标是有效评价教师教学能力的重要效标,也是建构科学、合理的能力评价模型的核心和关键。Delphi-AHP法是一种综合的指标体系建构方法,在对文献进行主题内容分析的基础上,采用Delphi法确定出科学教师教学能力评价的因素集,再采用AHP法分解因素集,建构出科学教师教学能力层次结构图,将结构内部各要素之间的隶属关系清晰地呈现出来,并采用两两比较的方法,建构出判断矩阵,计算指标权重,进行矩阵一致性检验,以达到满意的结果。运用Delphi-AHP法建构的科学教师教学能力评价指标体系包括学科教学目标、学科教学内容、情景创设能力、提问解释能力、探究教学能力、合作论证能力、评价总结能力、迁移应用能力八个核心要素。
Evaluation index system is an important criterion to assess science teachers teaching competencies,and also the key to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation model.Delphi-AHP is a comprehensive method of index system construction.Based on the literature review,this paper adopts Delphi method to determine the evaluation factors of science teachers teaching competencies,and AHP method to analyze these factors to construct a hierarchical structure in this regard,which clearly displays the correlation between all factors.After that,this paper deploys the method of comparative analysis to construct the judgment matrix and calculate index weight,and then verify matrix consistency in order to get reliable results.Evaluation index system for science teachers teaching competencies based on Delphi- AHP method includes8 core factors,they re respectively teaching goal,teaching material,role play,questioning?and?commenting,inquiry into teaching ability,cooperation and argumentation,evaluation and summary,application and inference.
