新时代农村教师的文化责任建构

摘要 农村教师的文化责任建构是农村教师个人在理解的基础上形成实在性文化责任,并发生相应文化责任行为的过程。在这个过程中,知识提供了文化责任建构的优先性,重要性蕴涵着文化责任的历史性,需求—倾向有其规范性来源,核心观念有机化为农村教师文化责任的需求—倾向并展现了相应的责任文化模式。对教育事业的爱温暖了自律性的教师文化模式,更加增强了农村教师文化责任感,使他们能够为促进新时代公平而有质量的农村教育主动承担更大的责任。 The construction of cultural responsibility of rural teachers is part of shouldering real cultural responsibilities for them on the basis of individual understanding and carrying forward cultural behaviors correspondingly.In this process,knowledge prioritizes the construction of cultural responsibility.And this importance implies historic significance of cultural responsibility.The need-tendency has its source of normativity.Then the core concepts automatically transform into the need-tendency of rural teachers and further show the corresponding patterns of cultural responsibility.The passion for education could improve the cultural awareness of self-disciplined teachers,and enrich their cultural responsibility,enabling them to commit greater responsibilities to promote education equity and quality in the new era.
