“双一流”建设背景下高校教师发展的困境与突围 被引量:26

摘要 “双一流”建设作为新时代高等教育的重要发展战略,既为高校教师队伍建设提供新理念、新平台,也为高校教师发展提供有力的政策保障,还为高校教师身份构建指明了方向。然而,“双一流”建设也使高校教师发展面临着新的挑战和困境,主要表现在传统教育质量观规制的僵局、教师核心素养水平不高的困境、教师专业身份实践乏力的迷局、一流教师培育机制尚不健全的困局等方面。创新优化高校教育理念、形塑教师发展愿景;强化教师身份认同意识、培育专业发展自觉;探索教师专业发展有效机制、构建卓越的学术共生体,加强一流教师标准研制、完善教师发展保障机制;是推动“双一流”建设高校教师发展的可行路径与有效策略。 “Double First-Class University Strategy”is important for the development of higher education in the new era.It not only provides new ideas and new platforms for colleges to establish a teacher talent pool,but also provides strong guarantee for the professional development of college teachers.It also points the way for college teachers to foster their identity.However,the implementation of“Double First-Class University Strategy”also faces new challenges and dilemmas in terms of the professional development of college teachers,mainly reflected in the traditional grade-oriented higher education,the low level of teachers core literacy,the insufficiency of teachers practice and the inefficient training institute for cultivating first-rate teachers.Therefore,Innovating the concept of college education,shaping the vision of teacher development,strengthening the awareness of teachers identity,cultivating the consciousness of professional development,exploring effective mechanisms for teacher development,building an excellent academic symbiosis,improving the standards for first-class teachers selection,and enhancing the mechanism to guarantee teacher welfare are the feasible and effective measures to carry forward the“Double First-Class University Strategy”and the professional development of college teachers.
