藻类监测在高邮湖蓝藻水华可能性分析中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 本文基于2013年5月至2015年5月的监测数据,对扬州高邮湖的浮游藻类群落组成与水环境因子进行分析,运用典范对应分析法(CCA)分析了浮游藻类群落结构与环境因子之间的关系,预测蓝藻水华发生的可能性。结果显示:高邮湖共检出浮游藻类8门71属153种,群落组成主要以绿藻、硅藻为主。CCA分析结果显示水温、透明度和总氮是影响高邮湖浮游藻类群落分布的主要环境因子,在不利的水文和气象条件下存在发生水华的可能性。 Based on the monitoring data from May 2013 to May 2015, this paper analyzes the composition of phytoplankton community and water environmental factors in Gaoyou Lake inYangzhou, and uses Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) to analyze the relationship between phytoplankton community structure and environmental factors to predict the possibility of blue-greeen algae bloom. The results showesthat 153 species of phytoplankton belonging to 71 genera and 8 phyla were identified in Gaoyou Lake. The community composition is mainly composed of green algae and diatoms. CCA results showsthat water temperature, transparency and total nitrogen are the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton community in Gaoyou Lake. There is the possibility of water bloom under unfavorable hydrological and meteorological conditions.
