Discussion on the regulation of stinky rivers in Nanjing City

南京市为贯彻落实"水十条"行动计划,自2016年起大力开展和推进消除城市建成区黑臭水体整治行动。本文基于南京市黑臭河道整治工作经验,深度剖析了形成黑臭河道的主要原因,结合南京市城东地区黑臭河道整治案例,探讨了黑臭水体整治的核心对策,可为其他城市的黑臭河道治理工作提供参考。

Nanjing has vigorously carried out and promote the remediation of stinky water bodies in urban built-up areas in order to implement the “the ten water articles” action plan since 2016. Based on the experience of stinky river regulation in Nanjing, this paper deeply analyzes the main factors that form stinky river, and discusses the core countermeasures of stinky water regulation combined with the case of stinky river regulation in the east of Nanjing, which provides reference for stinky river regulation works in other cities.
