摘要 提升高校青年教师信息化教学能力是应对当前高等教育信息化新生态的必然要求。为了更好地了解当前高校青年教师信息化教学能力现状,选取浙江省高校青年教师为研究样本,采用AHP多层模糊综合评价模型,从信息化教学意识和理念、信息化教学的基本能力、资源管理和处理能力、评价与创新能力四个维度,构建高校青年教师信息化教学能力评价指标体系。研究结果显示,高校青年教师使用信息技术教学的意识很强,但信息化教学技术应用能力偏低,尤其是信息化教学资源应用能力欠佳等。为此,高校和相关教育部门应制定有关方案,完善高校青年教师信息化教学能力的培养体系,切实提升高校青年教师信息化教学能力。 It is necessary to improve the informatized teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities to cope with the new ecology of higher education informationization. In order to better understand the current status of informatized teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities, the paper selects young teachers in colleges and universities in Zhejiang province as the research sample, adopts AHP multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and constructs the evaluation index system of young university teachers’teaching ability in terms of four dimensions: the information technology teaching consciousness and the concept, basic ability of informatized teaching, resources management and processing ability, and innovation ability evaluation and four dimensions. The research results show that young teachers in universities and colleges have a strong awareness of using information technology in teaching, but their ability to apply information teaching technology is poor, especially in application of information teaching resources. Therefore, colleges and universities and relevant education departments should formulate and improve the training system of young teachers’ informatized teaching ability so as to effectively improve young teachers’informatized teaching ability.
