等速运动训练法配合手法按摩在髋臼骨折术后早期康复中的应用

Application of manual massage combined with isokinetic training in the early rehabilitation of complex acetabular fracture

目的探讨等速运动训练法配合手法按摩在髋臼骨折术后早期康复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月于河北省唐山市第二医院骨科就诊的髋臼骨折患者62例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例,其中对照组患者采用常规单纯等速运动训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予手法按摩,比较两组髋关节功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果两组治疗前髋关节功能Merle d'Aubigne and Postel评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后均较治疗前增高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为32.26%,明显高于观察组的9.68%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论手法按摩配合等速运动训练有助于促进髋臼骨折切开复位内固定患者康复期的髋关节功能恢复,减少治疗期间的不良反应。

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation effect of manual massage combined with isokinetic training in open reduction and internal fi xation of acetabular fracture. Method A total of 62 patients with acetabular fractures who were treated in our department of orthopaedics from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into a control group (31 cases) and an observation group (31 cases). The patients in the control group were trained with simple isokinetic exercise, and the patients in the observation group were given the manual massage on the basis of the control group. Result After treatment, the Merle d’Aubigne and Postel scores of both groups were signifi cantly increased (P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period in the control group was 32.26%, which was signifi cantly higher than that in the observation group (9.68%, P<0.05). Conclusion Manual massage combined with isokinetic training is helpful in promoting recovery of hip joints during open-to-reduced internal fi xation in patients undergoing acetabular fractures, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.
