雾化吸入布地奈德对慢性支气管炎患者疗效及相关指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法 100例慢性支气管炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(52例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量占预计值的百分比(FVC%pred)、呼吸峰流速占预计值的百分比(PEF%pred)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%pred)]及住院时间、啰音消失时间、止咳时间。结果入院时,两组FVC%pred、PEF%pred、FEV1%pred水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FVC%pred、PEF%pred、FEV1%pred均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.2%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、啰音消失时间、止咳时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎,患者症状改善良好,疗效理想,肺功能显著改善,可推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide on the efficacy and related indexes of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic bronchitis were divided by random number table method into control group (48 cases) and observation group (52 cases). The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received aerosol inhalation of budesonide on the basis of conventional therapy. Comparison were made on treatment effect, lung function indicators [percentage of forced vital capacity in predicted value (FVC%pred), percentage of peak expiratory flow in predicted value (PEF%pred), percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second in predicted value (FEV1%pred)] before and after treatment, hospitalization time, rales disappearance time and cough relieve time between the two groups. Results At admission, both groups had no statistically significant difference in FVC%pred, PEF%pred and FEV1%pred (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group had higher FVC%pred, PEF%pred and FEV1%pred than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 96.2% than 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter hospitalization time, rales disappearance time and cough relieve time than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide shows ideal efficacy in treating patients with chronic bronchitis, and it can improve their symptoms and lung function. It can be promoted and applied.
