负压封闭引流技术在慢性伤口中的临床应用分析

Clinical application of negative pressure closed drainage technique in chronic wounds

目的分析研究慢性伤口患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的临床效果。方法 120例慢性伤口患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用传统清创更换敷料治疗,观察组患者采用负压封闭引流技术治疗。比较两组患者的伤口愈合时间、换药次数、单次换药时间、治疗费用及治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的61.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者伤口愈合时间、单次换药时间短于对照组,换药次数、治疗费用少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性伤口应用负压封闭引流技术治疗,能够缩短患者治疗周期,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担,提高慢性伤口的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of negative pressure closed drainage technique in patients with chronic wounds. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional debridement and dressing replacement, and the observation group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage. Comparison were made on wound healing time, frequency of dressing change, single dressing change time, treatment cost and treatment effect between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 95.0% than 61.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter wound healing time and single dressing change time than the control group, and less frequency of dressing change and treatment costs than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Negative pressure closed drainage technique can shorten the treatment cycle of patients with chronic wound, relieve patients’ pain and economic burden, and improve the clinical efficacy of chronic wounds. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
