多西他赛联合替吉奥对进展期胃癌进行辅助化疗的疗效和安全性分析

Analysis of efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with tegiol in adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨多西他赛联合替吉奥对进展期胃癌进行辅助化疗的疗效和安全性。方法 80例进展期胃癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组采用多西他赛联合替吉奥进行治疗,对照组采用多西他赛联合顺铂进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的客观有效率(RR)为70.0%,显著高于对照组的47.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应发生率为2.5%,显著低于对照组的15.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用多西他赛联合替吉奥对进展期胃癌患者进行治疗,其临床效果较为显著,不良反应发生率低,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with tegiol in adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with docetaxel combined with tegiol, and the control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin. The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had significantly higher objective response rate (RR) as 70.0% than 47.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions as 2.5% than 15.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of docetaxel and tegiol shows remarkable clinical effect in treating advanced gastric cancer with low incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
