盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎对其炎症因子的影响

Effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on inflammatory factors in chronic periodontitis

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎对其炎症因子的影响。方法 80例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。所有患者均采取龈上洁治术及龈下刮治术等基础治疗,对照组基础治疗后在牙周袋内注入碘甘油,试验组在牙周袋内注入盐酸米诺环素软膏,比较两组患者治疗后牙周指数[牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周附着水平(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]以及炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平变化情况。结果试验组患者治疗后PD、PAI、SBI、AL水平分别为(2.67±0.21)mm、(2.41±1.21)、(1.23±0.36)、(1.45±0.39)mm,均优于对照组患者的(3.13±0.36)mm、(3.06±1.60)、(2.12±0.25)、(2.21±0.33)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后CRP、IL-6水平分别为(2.09±1.8)mg/L、(2.05±0.25)μg/ml,均优于对照组患者的(2.97±2.1)mg/L、(1.56±0.26)μg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on inflammatory factors in chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of 80 chronic periodontitis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received basic therapy of supragingival scaling and subgingival curettage. The control group also received injection of iodine glycerin into periodontal pocket, and the experimental group also received injection of minocycline hydrochloride ointment into periodontal pocket. The changes of periodontal index[ periodontal pocket depth (PD), plaque index (PLI), periodontal attachment level (AL), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI)] and inflammatory factors[ C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6)] were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the experimental group had better levels of PD, PAI, SBI and AL respectively as (2.67±0.21) mm,(2.41±1.21),(1.23±0.36) and (1.45±0.39) mm than (3.13±0.36) mm,(3.06±1.60),(2.12±0.25) and (2.21±0.33) mm, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had better CRP and IL-6 level respectively as (2.09±1.8) mg/L and (2.05±0.25)μg/ml than (2.97±2.1) mg/L and (1.56±0.26)μg/ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment shows remarkable effect in treating chronic periodontitis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
