抗苗勒氏管激素对多囊卵巢综合征患者卵泡发育的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析抗苗勒氏管激素对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者卵泡发育的影响。方法选取120例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为试验组,另选取同期健康志愿者和因输卵管因素或男方因素所致不孕的卵巢形态、功能正常者30例作为对照组。试验组给予二甲双胍治疗。比较试验组治疗前后的抗苗勒氏管激素水平与对照组的差别。结果治疗前,试验组患者的抗苗勒氏管激素水平为(52.1±6.4)pmol/L,高于对照组的(16.8±7.2)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的抗苗勒氏管激素水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗苗勒氏管激素与多囊卵巢综合征患者的卵泡发育有一定的关系。
