中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床研究

Clinical study on traditional Chinese medicine Buqi Huoxue method in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的对中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床效果进行分析。方法 70例冠心病患者,以随机分组法分为对照组与实验组,每组35例。对照组予以常规治疗,实验组予以中医补气活血法进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为94.3%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为77.1%,实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不良反应发生率为14.3%,对照组患者的不良反应发生率为37.1%,实验组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医补气活血法治疗冠心病具有较高的安全性,其疗效得到患者与临床的认可,值得在临床中广泛推广与使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Buqi Huoxue method in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 70 coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Buqi Huoxue method. The treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had total treatment effective rate as 94.3%, which was 77.1% in the control group. The experimental group had higher total treatment effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group had incidence of adverse reactions as 14.3%, which was 37.1% in the control group. The experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Buqi Huoxue method has high safety in the treatment of coronary heart disease, and its curative effect has been recognized by patients and clinic. It is worthy of wide popularization and application in clinic.
