摘要 21世纪的美国教育历经改革,目前各州普遍采用成长评估模型对学生进行评价。学生成长百分等级模型可以不依赖纵向量表进行成长评估,不包含线性假设和方差齐性假设,具有较大的灵活性,已经成为美国使用最为广泛的一种成长评估模型。借助现代信息技术,依托大型的学生数据库,多维的、动态的成长评估可以向家长、教师、学校和教育行政管理机构提供更加丰富的反馈信息,对学生的学习和教师教学的改进提出更具体、更有针对性的建议。 American education in the 21st century has undergone reforms,currently the growth assessment model is widely used to evaluate students in various states. The student growth percentile model can be used for growth assessment without relying on the vertical scale. It does not contain linear hypothesis and variance homogeneity hypothesis,and has great flexibility. It has become the most widely used growth assessment model in the United States. With the help of modern information technology and large student database,the multi-dimensional and dynamic growth assessment can provide more abundant feedback information to parents,teachers,schools and educational administration,and put forward more specific and targeted suggestions for the improvement of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching.
