摘要 多层次、多目标决策问题在决策过程中容易出现信息缺损等影响决策的因素,而决策者的主观经验和判断可为其提供重要的信息;为评价此类问题提出一种基于三角模糊数和层次分析的模糊层次分析法,该方法将普通评判矩阵改为模糊评判矩阵,将一般数改为三角模糊数后勿需检验矩阵的一致性,可直接计算得出各指标权重和最终评价结果的模型;为确保结果的有效性,将模型的评判结果作为BP神经网络的输入,检验模糊层次分析法构建的模型在应用的过程中是否存在误差,若误差不在规定范围内则重新构造模糊评判矩阵;此外,从主客观两个方面对模型进行了分析,保证了方法的科学性和合理性,为多层次、多目标决策问题提供了有用的模型。 Multi-level and multi-objective decision-making problems are prone to information defects and other factors affecting decision-making in the process of decision - making,and the subjective experience and judgment of decision-makers can provide important information for them.In order to evaluate such problems,a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number and analytic hierarchy process is proposed.This method changes the common evaluation matrix into a fuzzy evaluation matrix,changes the common number into triangular fuzzy number without checking the consistency of the matrix,and can directly calculate the model of each index weight and the final evaluation result.In order to ensure the effectivity of the result,the evaluation result of the model is used as the input of BP neural network to check whether there is any error in the application of the model constructed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and if the error is not within the specified range,the fuzzy evaluation matrix is reconstructed.In addition,the model is analyzed from both subjective and objective aspects,ensuring the scientificity and rationality of the method and providing a useful model for multi-level and multi-objective decision-making problems.
