一种滞环电流控制PWM整流器的设计研究 被引量:12

摘要 鉴于常见滞环电流控制时滞环宽度固定而开关频率变化带来的不足,提出一种固定开关频率的自适应变环宽的滞环电流控制技术的策略;详细推导了三相PWM控制的VSR系统主电路拓扑的数学模型以及滞环宽度控制原理方程,得到开关频率与滞环宽度的关系;为了使开关频率固定,设计了VSR的双闭环控制系统;最后,在Matlab/Simulink环境下建模仿真,仿真结果显示:该整流器网测电流实现正弦化,直流侧输出电压响应快、超调小且波形平稳,输入相电压和相电流的谐波含量和总谐波失真度均较小,满足国标要求。 In view of the shortcomings of common hysteresis current control,the hysteresis loops are fixed and the switching frequency changes are inadequate.A strategy of adaptive hysteresis loop current control with variable switching frequency is proposed.The mathematical model of the main circuit topology of VSR system controlled by three-phase PWM and the hysteresis width control principle equation are derived in detail.The relationship between switching frequency and hysteresis width is obtained.Finally,by modeling and simulation in Matlab/Simulink environment,the simulation results show that the rectifier network measurement current is sinusoidal,and the DC side output voltage response is fast,the overshoot is small and the waveform is stable,the harmonic content and the total harmonic distortion of the input phase voltage and the phase current are all smaller than those of the national standard.
