摘要
功能性训练是最先进的训练理念之一,广泛的运用于高水平运动员的训练中,但是在高校运动专项教学中的运用较少。以功能性训练对大学网球专项学生体能的影响为研究对象,采用实验法分析实验前后网球专项学生的体能变化情况;结果表明,功能性训练相比较与传统的体能训练手段,更为全面系统,针对性更强,在提升网球专项学生体能素质方面发挥着更为积极的作用;功能性训练中肌肉激活训练、负重训练,灵敏素质训练和躯干稳定动作模式和恢复训练等多方面的内容,分别对肌肉力量、快速反应能力、腰腹部力量以及平衡能力等方面都具有更为显著性的提升效果,可以为网球专项学生技术发挥奠定基础。
Functional training is one of the most advanced training ideas and has been extensively applied to the training of high-level athletes,but it is seldom used in the specific teaching of sports in colleges and universities.This paper takes the influence of functional training on the physical fitness of college students majoring in tennis as research object,and uses experimental methods to analyze the changing status of the physical fitness of the students before and after experiments.The results show that,compared with traditional training methods,the functional training is more comprehensive and more pertinent than traditional training methods and plays a more active role in boosting physical fitness quality of the students.The muscle activation training,weight-bearing training,trunk stabilization movement mode,recovery training and so on in the functional training have more significant promotion effect on muscle strength,rapid reaction ability,waist and abdomen strength and balance ability respectively,which can provide the basis for technical play of the students majoring in the tennis.
