健脾祛湿法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征40例

The method of clearing damp and tonifying spleen on therapy for 40 cases of diarrhea-predominate irritable bowel syndrome

目的探讨健脾祛湿法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法将80例IBS-D患者按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组予健脾祛湿法中药口服,对照组予西药复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊口服,两组均治疗4周,比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、主要症状积分改善、腹泻的频率情况。结果治疗组的中医证候显效率和总疗效均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05),且治疗组药物在大便泄泻、倦怠乏力、里急后重方面症状改善优于对照组药物(P均<0.05);治疗组和对照组腹泻频率均改善明显(P均<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P均<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿法治疗IBS-D疗效确切,值得临床进一步深入研究。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of the Method of clearing damp and tonifying spleenon diarrhea-predominate irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with IBS-D included in the study were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treated group were treated with the decoction for clearing damp and tonifying spleen and the others in the control group were treated with compound glutamine enteric capsule. One therapeu-tic course was four weeks.After treatments, the improvements of the situations of the efficacy of TCM Syndrome, the main symptom integral were observed and frequency of diarrhea. Results The treated group was better in significant efficiency or total effectiveness of the efficacy of TCM syndrome when comparing with the control group(P < 0.05).In addition,improvement of main symptoms including diarrhea stool, languid and tenesmus in treatment was superior to that in control group(P < 0.05);the frequency of diarrhea in both treatment group and control group was significantly improved(P < 0.05), and superior to that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The method of clearing damp and tonifying spleen has definite efficacy in treating IBS-D and worth of further clinical research.
