小儿病毒性心肌炎应用磷酸肌酸钠配合大剂量维生素C的治疗价值分析

Therapeutic value of sodium creatine phosphate combined with high-dose of vitamin C in children with viral myocarditis

目的为了增强本院在小儿病毒性心肌炎方面的治疗优势,分析应用磷酸肌酸钠配合大剂量维生素C治疗的可行性。方法随机从2011年7月~2018年7月在本院治疗的小儿病毒性心肌炎患者中抽取161例作为研究对象并按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组81例和对照组80例,其中给予常规方案如卧床休息、抗病毒、营养心肌等治疗的患者列为对照组,在对照组治疗方案基础上辅以磷酸肌酸钠配合大剂量维生素C治疗的患者列为观察组,比较不同的用药方案对疗效、心肌酶和心电图恢复时间等方面的影响。结果经研究发现,观察组患者用药后的总有效率、心肌酶以及心电图恢复时间分别为78(96.30%)、(8.40±1.35)d、(9.88±1.65)d,而对照组患者用药后总有效率、心肌酶以及心电图恢复时间分别为61(76.25%)、(10.31±1.45)d、(12.41±1.75)d,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显增加,而心肌酶以及心电图恢复时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将磷酸肌酸钠+大剂量维生素C用于小儿病毒性心肌炎患者治疗方案中,既促进疗效提高,又缩短康复时间,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To enhance the therapeutic advantage of our hospital in children with viral myocarditis,and to analyze the feasibility of using creatine phosphate combined with large dose of vitamin C. Methods 161 children with viral myocarditis treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(81 cases) and control group(80 cases) according to random number extraction method.The patients who received routine treatment such as bed rest,antiviral therapy and myocardial nutrition were listed as the control group,while those who were treated with creatine phosphate combined with large dose of vitamin C were listed as the observation group.The effects of different medication schemes on curative effect,myocardial enzymes and recovery time of ECG were compared. Results It was found that the total effective rate,myocardial enzymes and ECG recovery time in the observation group were 78(96.30%),(8.40±1.35) days and(9.88±1.65)days,respectively,while those in the control group were 61(76.25%),(10.31±1.45) days and(12.41±1.75)days,respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased,while the recovery time of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram was significantly shortened,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of creatine phosphate and high dose vitamin C in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis can not only improve the curative effect,but also shorten the recovery time,the effect is remarkable and worth popularizing.
