摘要 目的探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌结合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的可行性及安全性。方法将2016年3月~2018年3月我院收治的新生儿黄疸150例按就诊顺序分为实验组(76例)与参照组(74例)。其中参照组给予蓝光照射治疗,实验组给予酪酸梭菌二联活菌结合蓝光治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前、治疗2d后、治疗4d后及治疗结束后的血清总胆红素(Tbil)水平、黄疸消退时间及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率为93.42%,明显高于参照组患儿的75.68%(P <0.05)。治疗2、4d及结束后两组患儿血清Tbil水平均较治疗前明显下降,且实验组低于参照组(均P <0.05);实验组黄疸消退时间短于参照组(P <0.05)。实验组和参照组不良反应发生率分别为6.58%和10.81%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌二联活菌结合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,可以有效减少患儿血清Tbil水平和黄疸消退时间,且安全性良好。 Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of clostridium butyricum secondary live bacteria combined with blue light in treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 150 neonates with jaundice who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into the experimental group(76 cases) and the reference group(74 cases) according to the order of treatment.The reference group was treated with blue light irradiation while the experimental group was treated with clostridium butyricum secondary live bacteria combined with blue light.The clinical curative effect,serum total bilirubin(Tbil) level,jaundice resolution time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment,2 days after treatment,4 days after treatment and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.42%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(75.68%,P<0.05).The serum Tbil levels of 2 days of treatment,4 days of treatment and after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P< 0.05).The jaundice resolution time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the reference group were 6.58% and 10.81%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Clostridium butyricum secondary live bacteria combined with blue light in treatment of neonatal jaundice has significant curative effects.It can effectively reduce serum Tbil level and jaundice resolution time and it has good safety.
