心理护理改善老年抑郁症患者生活质量的对照研究

Control study of psychological nursing in improving the quality of life of elderly patients with depression

目的探讨对老年抑郁症患者采取心理护理干预对于改善生活质量、心理状态以及护理满意度的临床效果。方法选取于2017年7月~2018年7月到我院接受治疗的98例老年抑郁症患者进行研究,将其根据所采取的护理方案不同分为心理组和常规组,各49例。心理组给予心理护理指导和干预,常规组给予常规护理指导和干预,统计全部患者的临床资料,观察并比较心理组和对照组干预前后的生活质量评分、心理状态评分以及护理满意度等。结果两组患者干预前的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后心理组的心理功能评分、社会功能评分、身体健康状态评分均高于常规组;干预前两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),心理组干预后2周、4周以及6周的HAMD评分均显著低于常规组;心理组的护理满意度47例(95.92%)显著高于常规组40例(81.63%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年抑郁症患者采取心理护理干预,能够提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,对改善患者的抑郁症状效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on improving the quality of life,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with depression. Methods 98 elderly patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected for control study.The patients were divided into psychological group and routine group according to the different nursing schemes,with 49 cases in each group.Psychological group was given psychological nursing guidance and intervention while routine group was given routine nursing guidance and intervention.The clinical data of all patients were counted.The quality of life score,psychological state score and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention in the psychological group and the routine group were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).After the intervention,the mental function score,social function score and physical health status score of the psychological group were higher than the routine group.There was no significant difference in the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).The HAMD scores of the psychological group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after the intervention were significantly lower than those of the routine group.Nursing satisfaction of 47 cases(95.92%)in the psychological group was significantly higher than that of 40 cases(81.63%)in the routine group.The differences between two groups were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for elderly patients with depression can improve quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction and it has significant effect on improving depressive symptoms of patients.
