摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性的影响因素。方法按照回顾性分析法选择我院2017年1月~2018年6月纳入的250例2型糖尿病患者,收集并整理所有患者基本资料,分析影响2型糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性的相关因素。结果我院250例2型糖尿病患者中,血糖监测依从性较好者有115例,占46.00%;依从性较差者有135例,占54.00%;患者在文化程度、接受血糖监测教育及合并慢性疾病中有明显差异(P <0.05);将上述有差异资料带入Logistic回归方程计算,发现以上因素均属于影响2型糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性的因素。结论 2型糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性较差的发生率较高,导致其依从性较差的因素较多,根据患者具体情况选择有效干预措施,为患者更好地恢复健康提供保障。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors for compliance of blood glucose monitoring in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 250 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.Basic data of all patients were collected and organized. Related factors influencing compliance of blood glucose monitoring in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Results Among 250 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital,115 patients had better compliance with blood glucose monitoring,accounting for 46.00%.135 patients had poor compliance with blood glucose monitoring,accounting for 54.00%.There were significant differences among the patients in education level,acceptance education of blood glucose monitoring and combination with chronic diseases(P < 0.05).The above differential data were brought into the Logistic regression equation and found that all of the above factors belonged to the factors affecting the compliance of blood glucose monitoring in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The incidence of poor compliance of blood glucose monitoring in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is high and there are many factors leading to poor compliance.According to the specific situation of patients,effective intervention measures are selected to provide guarantee for better recovery of health of patients.
