众创空间研究综述:内涵解析、理论诠释与发展策略

A Literature Review of Crowd-Innovating Space: Connotation Analysis, Theoretical Interpretation and Development Strategies

文章从内涵解析、理论诠释和发展策略这三个主题梳理众创空间研究领域文献。众创空间是一类新型创业服务平台,其本质是高效率的孵化器。理论诠释主要从创新创业生态系统视角来界定众创空间及其构成圈层、维度或要素,重点阐释作为生态系统的众创空间的核心运行机制,复杂系统与网络研究对此也提供了理论资源;平台与价值创造、信息与知识交互是另两个重要的理论视角,分别对众创空间的功能特性、成长特质进行了深度剖析。发展策略主要涉及众创空间的发展质量评价、孵化服务标准构建、金融支持、空间布局、产业作用、专业化提升及治理改进等。为应对国家双创升级新要求,专业化众创空间、众创空间集聚区建设等新实践是进一步研究的方向。

Field literature of Crowd-Innovating Space (CIS) in China from 2015 is reviewed,and then is summarized from three themes including connotation analysis,theoretical interpretation and development strategies.On connotation analysis,the majority articles regard CIS as a new kind of entrepreneurship service platform and an efficient incubator.On theoretical interpretation,the mainstream viewpoints define CIS and its layers,dimensions or elements from an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem perspective,with interpreting operation mechanism of CIS as the focus,in which research of complex systems and networks contributes as well;the other two theoretical perspectives,platform and value creation,and information and knowledge interaction reveal functional properties and growing features of CIS separately.On development strategies of CIS,the main suggestions include assessing development quality,building hatching service standards,more financing support,reasonable spacial arrangement,promoting industrial upgrading,advancing specialization and improving governance.Furthermore,aiming at the new requirements of national innovation and entrepreneurship work,corresponding research advice is offered with an emphasis on specialized CIS and cluster areas of CIS.
