探讨了利用HLS技术,在广电的高速网络中,对摄像头直播、电视节目直播在延时与卡顿方面的研究。设计了在不同的机顶盒与网络环境下对音视频编解码和封装的最优解,将广电网络业务中利用HLS进行的电视直播和视频会议做到了定制化的优化。

This paper discusses the use of HLS technology to study the live broadcast of the camera and the live broadcast of the TV program in the high-speed network of the radio and television.The optimal solution for encoding,decoding and encapsulation of audio and video in different set-top boxes and network environments is designed,and the live broadcast and video conferences using HLS in the broadcasting and TV network business are customized.
