辽宁县域经济发展问题与对策分析

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of County Economic Development in Liaoning Province

县域经济体的发展是辽宁老工业基地振兴的重要组成部分。当前,辽宁面临经济增长乏力、增速放缓等不利局面,县域经济的良好发展,既有利于保障社会主义新农村生产的发展,也有利于促进整体市场经济的发展。县域经济在辽宁地区具有重要地位,其发展与否关系着辽宁经济振兴大计能否真正实现,针对辽宁县域经济发展中存在的问题和难点,分析历史原因和制度原因,结合实际现状,提出解决相应的对策和建议。

The development of county economy is an important part of the revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base. At present,Liaoning is faced with such unfavorable situation as sluggish economic growth and slow growth rate. The sound development of county economy is conducive to the development of both the guarantee of socialist new rural production and the promotion of the overall market economy. County economy plays an important role in Liaoning province. Its development is related to the realization of Liaoning economic revitalization plan. Based on the problems and difficulties in Liaoning county economy development,this paper analyzes the historical reasons and institutional reasons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation.
