摘要
通过对动车组高压电缆局部放电形成原因的归类总结,分析其产生的机理,建立相对应的电缆局部放电模型和干扰模型。搭建测试系统,对测试系统的主要组成部分进行阐述,对不同状态的动车组高压电缆进行现场测试,得到相应的试验数据,并对结果进行分析。研究结果表明:在测试过程中消除外界干扰是非常重要的,通过分析现场测试过程中干扰信息,提出相应的抗干扰措施,为后期开展局部放电的测试具有一定的指导作用,为高压电缆的早期故障预测提供数据支撑。
The paper classified and summarized the causes of partial discharge of high voltage cable in EMU.Simultaneously,its mechanism was also analyzed,and the corresponding partial discharge model and interference model of cable were established.It set up a test system and elaborated the main components,conducted field tests on EMU high-voltage cables of different states,and got corresponding test data.Finally,the paper analyzed the results,which showed that it is very important to eliminate outside interference during the test.Through the analysis of field test during interference information process,the corresponding anti-interference measures have been proposed,which have a certain guiding role in the later partial discharge test,so as to provide data support for early failure prediction of high-voltage cables.
