摘要
基于我国经济高速发展和城市化进程的不断加速,人口超饱和、交通拥堵和污染严重等一系列城市病也越来越凸显,亟需向下拓展城市空间来缓解城市病症状。城市地下空间是属于不可再生资源,其开发利用是否科学、健康、合理和有序,将决定城市地下空间开发能否可持续发展。以长沙市为例,在定量与定性相结合的原则下,构建一个城市地下空间开发适宜性整体评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法计算得出长沙市地下空间开发适宜性得分为82分,适宜性等级为良好,符合大量开发地下空间的条件。
With China’s rapid economic development,city urbanization is speeding up,and the population of super saturation,traffic congestion,pollution and a series of urban diseases has become increasingly prominent,urgent need to expand the city space down to relieve the symptoms of urban diseases.As a kind of non renewable resources,the development and utilization of urban underground space should be scientific,healthy,reasonable and orderly,what will determine the sustainable development of urban underground space.In the paper,Changsha city as an example,the combination of quantitative and qualitative principles,to build a city underground space development suitability evaluation index system of the whole,and through the hierarchy analysis method to calculate Changsha City Underground Space Development Suitability score of 82 points,the suitability rating is good,suitable for large-scale development of underground space resources.
