乡村振兴战略背景下的高职院校人才培养探讨

Exploration of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Rural Vitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略是新时代国家重大发展战略,为高等职业教育变革人才培养模式和承担新任务带来了机遇和挑战。然而,高职院校服务乡村振兴战略的动力和水平受到城乡二元结构、社会鄙农偏见、资源配置不均等外部因素,以及高职院校发展理念滞后、内部治理落后、专业设置残缺等内部因素的制约和限制。因此,根据这些问题的不同属性和影响程度,政府、社会和学校需要多方联动,选择不同的路径,以提升高职院校人才培养工作服务乡村振兴战略的能力和水平。

The rural vitalization strategy is a major national strategy of entering into the new era and provides opportunities and challenges for higher vocational education to reform the mode of talent cultivation and take on new assignments. However, its dynamic and level are restricted by external problems which stem from the urban-rural dual structure, society despising agriculture ,uneven allocation of resources and internal problems stem from development concept lag, lack of internal governance, incomplete professional settings. Accordingly, the different paths should be selected by government, society and schools in order to improve ability and level of higher vocational colleges serving rural vitalization strategy.
