摘要
中国现代学徒制尚处于初级阶段,师徒关系对人才培养质量具有重大影响。通过梳理现代学徒制背景下师徒关系的特征,以实地访谈方式,分析现代学徒制实施中师徒关系构建的困境,提出从人力资源顶层设计、师傅甄选制度、师徒结对及管理到师徒帮带实施过程的保障及评价体系等全方面师徒关系构建的策略。师徒关系重构需要立足于中国现代学徒制尚处于初级阶段这一现实,适应企业管理变革的客观需求,兼顾稳定性与动态适应性。
Chinese modern apprenticeship is still in primary stage. Mentoring relationship makes significant impact on apprentices cultivation. This article teases features of the modern apprenticeship,analyzes dilemma of it through the interview among 49 groups of masters and apprentices,points out construction strategy which includes top-level design of human resource system,mentoring selecting system,master-prentice mode and security and evaluation system. Mentoring relationship construction needs to be based on the phase of Chinese modern apprenticeship,adapts to the needs of enterprise change and keeps stability and dynamic adaptability.
