“一带一路”倡议下的“走出去”办学:鲁班工坊的实践与启示

“Going Out” to Run Schools under Initiative of “The Belt and Road”:Practices and Enlightments of “Lu Ban Workshop”

为配合国家“一带一路”倡议,天津鲁班工坊开创了新的中外合作办学模式,致力于把职业教育输入到发展中国家,把职业学校办到国外。基于鲁班工坊的现有实际条件,通过拓宽汉语教育促进语言互通、建立可持续发展的国际化师资队伍、建立高水平的教学实习基地、借助企业力量深化合作层次、推动国际间学历学位认证标准的连通五个方面,就如何进一步推进高等职业教育“走出去”,培养具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、掌握中国技术和标准的技能型人才提供新路径。

In order to cooperate with the national"the Belt and Road"initiative,Tianjin "Lu Ban Workshop"has created a new made of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,which committing to the input of vocational education to developing countries and run vocational schools abroad. According to the existing conditions of Lu Ban Workshop,It’s aimed at further promoting the"going out"of higher vocational education. And it will provide a new approach of cultivating skilled talents who are familiar with international rules with international perspectives and Chinese technology and standards. Through the five aspects,such as broadening Chinese education to promote the internationalization of language communication,establishing the sustainable development troop of teachers,establishing a high level of teaching practice bases,leveraging the strength of the enterprise to deepen the level of cooperation and promoting international connectivity of accreditation standards for academic degrees.
