摘要
以水合肼为还原剂,乙二醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热方法制备了硒化钼(MoSe2)纳米薄片。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)对样品进行了表征。以制备的MoSe2纳米薄片为催化剂,对亚甲基蓝染料进行光催化降解,分析了MoSe2纳米薄片的光催化性能。研究结果表明:MoSe2纳米薄片为多晶结构,在240 nm有强的光吸收。在紫外光照射下,MoSe2纳米薄片对亚甲基蓝具有高的光催化降解性能。当亚甲基蓝质量浓度为10 mg/L,MoSe2纳米薄片质量浓度为0.30 g/L时,光催化反应4 h后亚甲基蓝完全降解。动力学分析表明降解过程为一级反应。
Molybdenum selenide(MoSe2)nanosheets were synthesized via a simple solvothermal method.In the synthesis,hydrazine hydrate and ethylene glycol were used as reducing agent and solvent,respectively.The physicochemical properties of the obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoemission spectroscope(XPS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),selected area electron diffraction(SAED)and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).Taking MoSe2 nanosheets as catalyst,the photocatalytic performance of MoSe2 nanosheets was analyzed by the photo degradation of methylene blue(MB).The results show that the MoSe2 nanosheets are polycrystalline ultrathin-nanosheets and have a strong absorption band at about 240 nm.In addition,MoSe2 nanosheets have good photocatalytic degradation performance for the MB under UV light irradiation.MB can be completely removed within 240 min in 10 mg·L^-1 MB aqueous solution containing 0.30 g·L^-1 catalyst.The kinetic analysis show that the MB degradations follow first order kinetic.
