地方行业类高校建设世界一流学科路径探析

Constructing World-class Disciplines in Local Industry Universities

国家"双一流"建设是我国高等教育进入新时代后加快推进高校内涵建设,实现由高等教育大国向高等教育强国转变的重大国家战略,共137所高校和465个学科入选。在这137所高校中,16所高校为非"985""211"的地方行业高校,这些高校建设世界一流学科的经验较少。本文在分析行业特色高校的优势和存在的问题后,从学科规划、学科特色、资源配置、人才师资、学科交叉、人才培养、学科平台、制度体系建设等八个维度对一流学科建设路径进行探究,以期找到科学合理的实践路径,为地方行业高校建设世界一流学科提供参考。

The national“Double First-class”strategic plan is an important national strategy for accelerating the connotative development of higher education and realizing the transformation from a big country of higher education to a powerful country of higher education after China’s higher education entering a new era.A total of 137 universities and 465 subjects were selected.16 non-985 and non-211 local industry universities in the program have little experience in constructing world-class disciplines.Therefore,discipline planning,discipline characteristics,resources disposition,talent team training,interdisciplinary coordination,talent cultivation,discipline platform and system construction were discussed in this paper after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these universities.
