急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)是急性髓系白血病的一种特殊亚型,早期病死率较高。APL治疗经历了蒽环类药物为主的联合化疗、全反式维甲酸(all-trans retinotic acid,ATRA)、三氧化二砷(arsenic trioxide,ATO)等阶段,随着其治疗方案的优化,该病已成为可以治愈的疾病之一。

Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is a special subtype of acute myeloid leukemia with high early mortality. APL treatment has undergone anthracycline-based combination chemotherapy,all-trans retinoic acid,and arsenic trioxide.With the optimization of its treatment plan,the disease has become one of the curable diseases.
