庄西线原油黏温特性及加热输送工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了给合水油田庄西线输油管线高输量安全经济运行提供基础数据,对庄西线原油的黏温特性及加热输送特性进行了分析研究,计算出雷诺数,摩阻损失,回归了庄西线原油的黏温方程,绘制各测试温度下的黏温曲线。根据以往经验表明,庄西线在外输温度35℃~65℃,原油表现符合牛顿流体特性。且所回归的方程与实验所测数据的拟合程度较高。发现了影响能耗输送条件。 In order to provide basic data for safe and economic operation of Zhuangxi oil pipeline in Heshui oilfield, the viscous-temperature characteristics and heating transport characteristics of Zhuangxi oil line are analyzed and studied.Reynolds number and friction loss are calculated.The viscous-temperature equation of Zhuangxi oil line is regressed, and the viscous-temperature curves of each test temperature are drawn.According to past experience, the crude oil performance of Zhuangxi line conforms to newtonian fluid characteristics when the temperature of transportation is between 35 and 65 degrees.The regression equation fits the experimental data well.The conditions affecting energy consumption transportation were found.
