摘要
当前,我国很多企业的薪酬管理分配过程中都存在严重的不均衡问题,每个行业、每个岗位员工的收入有很大差别,从而导致员工的工作积极性大大降低,这对于企业的长久发展是非常不利的。基于此,论文将首先阐述企业薪酬管理中存在的问题,然后分析解决这些问题的相关对策,希望能够给企业的薪酬管理工作人员带来一定的启示。
At present,there exists serious imbalances in the compensationmanagement and distribution process ofmany enterprises in China,and the income of employees in each industryand position variesgreatly,which leads to a significant reduction in the enthusiasmof employees.It is very unfavorable for the long-termdevelopment of enterprises.Based on this,this paper will firstly expounds the problems existing in enterprise compensation management,and then analyze the relevant countermeasures to solve these problems.It is hoped that this can provide a little inspirationtoenterprise compensationmanagement staff.
