摘要
企业已培训员工的流失问题日益严重成为制约企业生存和国民经济持续快速发展的重要问题之一。论文通过问卷调查和数据软件,分析目前企业员工流失现状得出了已培训员工在不同维度上流失情况的现状,用于进一步研究产生该问题的主要原因,并就该问题从建立沟通协调环境,企业管理制度,员工发展等三个方面提出了防范培训后员工流失的对策。
The loss of trained employees in enterprises is becoming increasingly serious,which has become one of the important problems restricting the survival of enterprises and the sustained and rapid development of the national economy.Through questionnaire survey and data software,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee turnover in enterprises,and obtains the current situation of the loss of trained employees in different dimensions,so as tomake a further studyof themain causes of this problem.The countermeasures to prevent staff turnover after training are put forward fromthree aspects: establishing communication and coordination environment,enterprisemanagement systemand staffdevelopment.
