摘要
论文对员工作业疲劳研究进行了综述。针对疲劳没有统一的定义,给出了员工疲劳的定义;综述了作业疲劳的产生因素,包括作业时间、作业强度、作业难度、作业态度、作业时刻、作业速度、作业环境等;作业疲劳的测量方法,包括调查表法、作业疲劳量表法、疲劳自觉症状调查法等。分析了作业疲劳与生产率之间的定性与定量关系。指出了疲劳不仅会使得生产率下降而且会导致安全事故。最后给出了疲劳的预防方法。
The research on occupational fatigue of employees is reviewed.There is no uniform definition of fatigue,and the definition of employee fatigue is given.This paper summarizes the factors of causing job fatigue,includingworking time,intensity,difficulty,attitude,time,speed and environment,and the measurement methods of job fatigue,including questionnaire method,job fatigue scale method and self-conscious symptoms investigationmethod.The qualitative and quantitative relationship betweenwork fatigue and productivity is analyzed.It ispointedout that fatiguenot onlyreducesproductivitybut alsoleads tosafetyaccidents.Finally,the fatiguepreventionmethodsaregiven.
