在社会的发展过程中,科学技术在不断进步,因此,实训室的发展水平和规模也在不断提升。在信息时代,电力机车的实训室更应该实现信息化建设。论文以电力机车的岗位综合素质培养为基础进行分析,强化电力机车的教学阶段和实训阶段,采取有针对性的教学方式,为教学改革打下坚实的基础。论文分析了电力机车实训室建设带来的效益以及实现信息化建设的主要因素,探究了基于综合素质培养的电力机车实训室的信息化建设策略。

In the process of social development,science and technology are constantly improving,so the development level and scale of the training roomare also constantly improving.In the information age,the training roomfor electric locomotives should bemore informatized.This paper analyzes the comprehensive quality training of electric locomotives,strengthens the teaching stage and training stage of electric locomotives,and adopts targeted teachingmethods to lay a solid foundation for teaching reform.The article analyzes the benefits brought by the construction of electric locomotive training room and the main factors of realizing information construction,and explores the information construction strategyofelectric locomotive trainingroombasedon comprehensivequalitytraining.
