摘要
技术创新过程包括技术转化和技术研发两个阶段。在对高技术产业创新绩效水平进行分析时,利用技术转化和技术研发视角,分析技术产业创新绩效,可以更直观地反映出我国高技术产业的发展现状和发展趋势,为后续的高技术产业引导工作提供参考。
The process of technological innovation includes two stages: technological transformation and technological research and development.When analyzingthe innovation performance level ofhigh-tech industries,the innovation performance ofhigh-tech industriescan be analyzed from the perspective of technology transformation and technology research and development,which can more intuitively reflect the development statusandtrend of China'shigh-techindustries and provide reference for the follow-up guidancework ofhigh-techindustries.
