摘要
内蒙古送变电有限责任公司党委以基层反馈为主、摸底排查为辅的方式,通过发放调查问卷、座谈会等形式,向由所属16个工程处(子公司)从理想信念、价值取向和道德观念,大政方针、时事热点,国企改革、职工保障,思想政治工作等四个方面调研职工思想状况。论文对此展开了深入分析,并提出了提高职工思想状况的有效措施。
Taking thewayof giving priorityto grass-roots feedback and assistingwith thorough investigation,and through questionnaires and seminars,the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Transmission and Transformation Company Limited investigates the ideological status of workers of 16 affiliated projects (subsidiaries) from four aspects: ideals and beliefs,value orientation and moral concepts,major policies and policies,current affairs hotspots,reform of state-owned enterprises,staff security,and ideological and political work.The paper carries out an in-depth analysisof this,andputs forward some effectivemeasures toimprove the ideological statusofworkers.
