社会工作专业是一门具有很强实践性、区域服务性、社会效益性的专业。目前,在校学生专业实务能力培养不足,应用型本科院校社会工作专业发展面临师资匮乏、专业发展研究性不足、学生实务能力欠缺等问题。论文结合社会工作专业理念的实践性和社工行业需求的实操性,既强调社会工作专业回归社会服务本质的实务取向,也强调范式理论教育不适合社会工作专业应用型发展和与行业实操需求。

Social work is a major with strong practicality,regional service and social efficiency.At present,the cultivation of students' professional practical ability is insufficient,and the development of socialworkmajors in applied undergraduate colleges is facedwith problems such as lack of teachers,lack of research on professional development and students'practical ability.Combinedwith the practicalityof the concept of socialworkmajors andthepractical operation of the needsof the socialwork industry,thispaper not onlyemphasizes the practical orientation of the socialworkmajors returning to the essence of social service,but also emphasizes that the theoretical education of the paradigmis not suitable for thepracticaldevelopment of the socialworkmajorsandthepractical operationneedsof the industry.
