技术的进步和网络的发展给传统行业带来了很多的冲击。纺织行业作为我国传统产业的优势正在逐步减弱,要素成本在不断上升、专业人才匮乏、创新能力不足。面对这一问题,实现纺织业的智能升级是十分有必要的。现代纺织技术已经逐渐实现智能化生产,并且实现了多项技术的综合运用。对其材料的选用和高精度自动化加工技术,智能化生产,以定性、定量、规范化的机械动作实现传统纺织生产中依靠工人熟练程度完成的各种简单重复的手工操作,保证和提高了产品质量,提高了生产效率,降低了产品成本,增强了产品竞争力。论文主要对我国当前纺织业的发展现状进行了分析,阐述了纺织业实行智能化转型的意义,针对当前纺织业的智能转型问题提出了切实可行的建议。

The progress of technology and the development of network have brought a lot of impact to traditional industries.As a traditional industry in China,the advantages of textile industry are gradually weakening,and its factor costs are rising,professionals are scarce,and innovation ability is insufficient.Faced with these problems,it is necessary to realize the intelligent upgrading of textile industry.Modern textile technologyhasgraduallyrealized intelligentproduction,andhas realizedthe comprehensive application ofmanytechnologies.Material selection and high precision automatic processing technology,intelligent production,as well as qualitative,quantitative and standardized mechanical actions have replaced various simple and repetitivemanual operations in traditional textile production depending onworkers' proficiency.It can ensure and promote product quality,improve production efficiency,reduce product cost and enhance the product competitiveness.The paper mainly analyzes the current situation of China's textile industry,and expounds the significance of the intellectualized transformation of textile industry.Inviewof the problems existinginthe current intelligent transformationof textile industry,practical suggestionsare put forward.
