烧结设备对锯片性能的影响及在生产中的应用研究

摘要 烧结设备是金刚石圆锯片生产中的关键设备,烧结状态对锯片使用性能的影响至关重要。文章对目前常用的三种烧结设备的特性进行了简析,并对烧结产品的几何尺寸、胎体微观组织、切割性能等进行了对比,分析了不同烧结设备对锯片性能的影响并对其在生产中的应用给出了建议。 Sintering equipment is a key component in the production of diamond saw blades,and the state of sintering is critical to the performance of the saw blade.In this paper,the characteristics of the three commonly used sintering equipments were analyzed.By comparing the geometrical dimensions of the sintered products,the microstructure of the matrix,and the cutting performance,the effects of different sintering equipment on the performance of the saw blades were analyzed.Recommendations for use in production were given.
