摘要
故障电弧断路器的市场表现不尽理想,主要原因在于研发单位没有完全按照UL 1699标准对产品进行测试,导致产品出现误脱扣问题和电弧检测性能差等情况。本文根据UL1699搭建实验设备,通过示波器抓取各实验中的负载电流,最后分析并终结出正常负载电流波形、正常操作电弧电流波形和故障电弧电流波形的具体特征。实验结果显示,故障电弧电流波形夹杂高频成分,而且高频成分随机大量重复出现。可以根据该特征设计故障电弧检测算法,生产出性能可靠的故障电弧断路器。
The market condition of AFCI is not good, the main reason is that the manufacturer did not fully test the product in accordance with the UL 1699 standard, resulting in the false tripping and poor arc detection performance. In this paper, the experimental equipment was built according to UL 1699, and the load current in each experiment was captured by oscilloscope. Finally, the specific characteristics of normal load current waveform, normal operating current waveform and fault arc current waveform were analyzed and concluded. The experimental results show that the fault arc current waveform contains high frequency components, which appears randomly and repeatedly. The fault arc detection algorithm can be designed according to this feature, and the fault arc circuit breaker with reliable performance can be produced.
