在塑件产品的发展过程中,产品设计材料的严重消耗使得用新材料代替老材料越发显得重要,如何如何将经济适用性、环保节能以及可持续发展的长期发展战略结合起来的,已经成了当今迫切需要解决的问题。本文主要从墙壁开关的结构设计中聚丙烯材料重要性出发以及企业多年生产经验基础上,对产品设计中聚丙烯的特性和生产工艺做进一步分析探讨,为今后产品设计的选材提供借鉴参考意义。

In the development of plastic products, the serious consumption of product design materials makes it more and more important to replace traditional materials with new materials. How to combine economic applicability, environmental protection, energy saving and long-term development strategy of sustainable development has become an urgent problem to be solved. Starting from the importance of polypropylene material in the structural design of wall switch and based on many years'production experience of enterprises, this paper makes further analysis and discussion on the characteristics and production process of polypropylene in product design, which provides reference for material selection of product design in the future.
