摘要
本文主要分析了二极插座常见保护门结构设计中容易出现的各种问题,例如:保护门打不开、不能防单销、强度不够、寿命短、手感差等不良现象。保护门只要结构设计合理,就可以完全避免这些常见的问题。以墙壁插座设计为例,在设计过程中,关键点及结构设计的优化,通过二维、三维软件模拟分析,最终确定保护门的设计方案。
This paper mainly analyzes the common problems generated in protection door structure design of diode socket, such as: the protection door can not open, can not prevent the single pin, insufficient strength, short life, bad feel of hand touch and so on. As long as the structure of the protection door is reasonable, these common problems can be completely avoided. Taking the wall socket design as an example, through the key points and structural design optimization, and two-dimensional, three-dimensional software simulation analysis, the final protection door design will be determined.
